2009~2010
  • ISO 9001:2008 was officially certified.
2008~2009
  • Introduction of Halogen-Free in July 2008.
  • Automatic Parameter adjustments and automatic assembly process were implemented in 2008.
  • ISO 14001 was officially certified in November 2008.
2007~2008
  • Shenzhen factory was moved to new location with 27,000 square meters in July 2007.
  • Monthly production capacity was increased to 10 million pieces in late 2007.
  • Automation of testing and riveting process was implemented in 2007.
  • New relay series of EML, GCJ, GZR and GIN will be launched in early 2008.
2006 ~ 2007
  • Started from 2006, all deliveries of relays and sockets are RoHS-compliant.
  • New production lines at Suzhou factory started operation in April 2006. Production capacity of Good Sky relays in Suzhou is 1 million pieces in 2006; 2 million pieces per month in 2007.
  • Automation of sealing process was implemented in 2006.
  • New relay series of EZL, ZEM, EMF and LR were launched in 2006.
2005 ~ 2006
  • Started from 1 January 2005, Good Sky has joined ECE group as a subsidiary company.
  • Good Sky has been still keeping own brand name and independent operation. Good Sky has been benefited by ECE mainly in management system and production automation.
  • Quality system of ISO/TS 16949 was officially certificated in June 2005.
2004 ~ 2005
  • Good Sky set up branch office in Poland on 1, October, 2004.
  • New relay series of JE and EMR were launched.
2002 ~ 2003
  • QS 9000 and ISO 9001 were officially certificated in 2001.
  • Monthly production capacity had hit 8 million pieces in late 2001.
  • Association contracts with DEC (Daiichi Electric Corp.) a Japanese leading relay manufacturer in the application field of home appliances, for both technique and sales, were signed in 2001.
  • The production area of Shenzhen factory was enlarged by additional 5,000 square meters in October.
1999
  • More new models were introduced to production in 1998.
  • Malaysian branch office was set up in April. ISO 9001 certification was received in May.
  • Production capacity achieved 5 million pieces per month.
1997
  • Good Sky and its founder Peter Wu were honored with “Golden Granite Award” in April.
  • Manufacturing area of Shenzhen factory was enlarged from 11,000 to 20,000 square meters in April.

  • Taipei office was moved to current building in SijhihCity, TaipeiCounty.

  • Shenzhen factory was founded with capital USD 1 million in December.

  • Hong Kong branch office was set up with capital HKD 1 million.
  • All relay production was moved from Taipei to Shenzhen.

  • Started to market own brand relays under the name of “GOOD SKY”.
1989
  • Good Sky Electric Co., Ltd. was founded by Mr. Peter Wu on 28 July, with capital NTD 1 million. Main product was featuring OEM relays.
